Mobile App Privacy Policy
Teknix Pty Ltd (“Teknix ”) provides the Spray Teknix Mobile
App (“App”) as a component of a broader Spray Teknix service to our customers.
Whilst this App is free, use is subject to Teknix Pty Ltd’s Terms and
Conditions and Teknix Pty Ltd will protect users’ privacy with the policies and
procedures as outlined in this document.
To use of any Teknix Pty Ltd’s systems, software or mobile
Apps you must agree to the Privacy Policy as outlined herein, including the
collection, use and storage of your Personal Information as it relates to this
document.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings
as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible on our website, unless
otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
While using our systems, software, or mobile Apps, we may
require you to provide us with certain Personally Identifiable information,
including but not limited to:

The information that we request will be retained by us and
used as described in this privacy policy. The App does also use third party
services that may collect information used to identify you:

Log Data
Teknix Pty Ltd logs data for service improvement and
analysis purposes. The data we collect includes IP address, device
configuration, operating system version, location and date/time information
while the app is in use. This data is collected and stored securely via
encryption and is used to provide services to our customers.
Logged data does not include Personally Identifiable
Information (“PII”) which is used solely for the purposes of user
authentication.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are
commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser
from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal
memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly.
However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to
collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either
accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your
device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some

without encryption. No confidential data is stored on devices outside of our
direct control. It is important to note, however, that securing your mobile
device, username as password is the responsibility of each user.
Teknix Pty Ltd bears no responsibility for any loss or
exposure of any Personal Information resulting from, or in connection with lost
mobile devices, exposed email addresses or user passwords.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus,
you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will
notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
